In April 2025, President Mark A. Welsh III appointed Henry Judah Vice President for Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness, following six months of service as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer.
As Vice President of HROE, Henry provides strategic and operational guidance on human resource issues and promotes effective employee services and programs that foster an employment environment of excellence and engagement for all employees.
Henry Judah joined the Texas A&M System Office of Risk Management in December of 2007, serving as System Risk Manager. His career with the System allowed his responsibility and supervisory to increase and rose to the rank of Director of the System Risk Management Department.
In February 2022, Judah moved to Texas A&M University to serve as the Associate Vice President in the Division of Risk Ethics and Compliance. He has previously served as Interim Chief Compliance officer.
