Your insights help us improve how we welcome and support new hires. If you’re a benefits-eligible employee new to Texas A&M, you will receive an email 30 days after your hiring date inviting you to participate.
This brief survey helps us:
- Understand how new employees experience their first month at Texas A&M.
- Identify strengths and gaps in the onboarding process.
- Improve future onboarding and integration efforts through feedback.
- Support strategic planning and action plans across units.
