As part of our commitment to being a top place to live, work and learn, we invite new employees to share feedback about their onboarding experience.
Your insights help us improve how we welcome and support new hires. If you’re a benefits-eligible employee new to Texas A&M, you will receive an email 30 days after your hiring date inviting you to participate.
This brief survey helps us:
- Understand how new employees experience their first month at Texas A&M.
- Identify strengths and gaps in the onboarding process.
- Improve future onboarding and integration efforts through feedback.
- Support strategic planning and action plans across units.
