Overview

Action Planning

The results of the survey are being used by the university and individual units to create action plans that prioritize what is working and address needed improvements. To support the universitywide action plan development, the university will have an Employee Experience Work Team that reviews all feedback, provides recommended actions and supports the implementation of the approved action plan. The work team is composed of faculty, staff and administrators.

Background

This is the second year that the Employee Engagement Survey has been conducted. Employee responses are completely confidential because they are collected by our organizational business consultant, Korn Ferry. Texas A&M does not have access to individual responses. Korn Ferry shares results in summary form, and only when a minimum number of responses are met within a work team or department.
